Following on from a very successful pilot in 2008, the Glasgow CPP have approved the development of the 2009 Tomorrows Leaders Programme. With support from Scottish Government, the CPP are working to design and deliver the Programme, with the aim of developing the knowledge, skills and confidence of aspiring leaders or those new to a leadership role in Glasgow. 
  
The programme will develop leadership and entrepreneurial skills while drawing on participants own experiences, which will help engender a better understanding of how a broad range of partner organisations operate in Glasgow. This will enhance the links between city-wide organisations at all levels and across all sectors and as a result support partnership working, making community planning work more effectively.

The 2009 programme will run from April to December. Applications for the 2009 programme are currently being invited, with a deadline of 12pm on 12 March. Further information is available in the 2009 Programme Flyer. An application form and further information on the process are available opposite.
